I've always been told "Eat Less, Move More" will higher calories actually work?
YES! Long-term low calorie diets aren't sustainable - which is why so many people fail at them! Your calories will be calculated based on your individual factors putting you into a calorie deficit but without extensive deprivation which will mean you'll be losing weight but also you'll be able to sustain it long term!
Do you guarantee certain results?
No, how much weight you lose and how fast you see results is all about staying consistent. These factors are out of my control so I'm not able to make any guarantees. If you follow the plan and stay consistent you will see results and I'm here to offer support throughout.
Can I contact you if I need support?
YES! There is a chat facility within the app that gives you direct access to me. If you need some accountability, encouragement or you feel like you are struggling you can reach out at any time.
Am I tied into a contract?
NOPE! The monthly subscription can be cancelled at anytime. If you buy a plan in advance it's a one time payment and you are not obliged to renew once your plan runs out.
